The Circumcision Feast - January 15, 2016

In this Feast we remember the word of God who gave us the Law. We also recognize that Christ was fully human and had to obey biblical law. Therefore, Christ gave us power to fulfill the law spiritually. "Thus we enjoy the circumcision of spirit and that of heart" (Col. 2:11).

The Holy Nativity Feast - January 7

This feast is preceded by a 43-day fast. During this feast we celebrate the incarnation of our Lord Jesus Christ who came to earth for our salvation.

The Nayrouz Feast - September 12, 2015

The word "Nayrouz" is Persian meaning "The beginning of the year". This feast, with its joyful hymns commemorates and announces her joy and gladness with the martyrs through bearing the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ. In other words, the sufferings and martyrdom were turned into a source of joy.
